With over two decades of dedicated service, Mr. Das has been instrumental in enhancing education, youth skills, employability and promoting entrepreneurship ecosystem in the nation fostering sustainable growth. Currently pursuing PhD, Mr. Das’s academic journey is a testament to his commitment to excellence. He holds two Masters degrees in Philosophy & Business Administration and also two Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Computer Science equipping him with a diverse and robust educational foundation. As the Executive Director of Daffodil Intl. Professional Training Institute, he leads with vision and expertise, driving initiatives that bridge the gap between education and industry demands through skill development. He is serving also as the Director, BoD, Daffodil Japan IT Ltd. a joint venture company between Bangladesh & Japan and Executive Director & Principal at Daffodil Technical Institute further highlighting his versatile leadership across various technical educational platforms nationally & globally. Additionally, Mr. Das is the Enthusiastic Member, GoB, Eminence College and Principal of DBMC, where he cultivates environments that empower students and professionals to thrive in a dynamic global landscape. Throughout his career he has contributed in expanding Daffodil Education Network and more than 25 organizations, educational institutes, social organization, corporate organization and youth-led initiatives in Bangladesh have been initiated, developed and maintained under his dynamic leadership. To inspire the next generation, Mr. Das actively conducts workshops, sessions, provides mentorship in both soft and emerging technical skills, and leads entrepreneurship boot-camps. He also offers free online courses across various platforms, making quality education accessible to a broader audience. Mr. Das has received numerous national and international awards, including the Daffodil Star Award for Best Initiator and Contributor in Leadership, The Biz 2014 Award for the Excellence in Business Leadership. He is also actively engaged in social, cultural, CSR initiatives, and various training and education bodies. He embodies the spirit of innovation and dedication, driving forward the mission of empowering youth and fostering sustainable growth through education and entrepreneurship.
